Jordan assisted me with a minor issue today. He was immediately able to help me and was very pleasant and thoughful during my visit. After leasing my 2020 Forester Sport from Holly Hill (who was FANTASTIC) back in March, it came due for its 6 month / 6,000 mile service. I scheduled my appointment, was (predictably) about fifteen minutes was FANTASTIC) back in March, it came due for its 6 month / 6,000 mile service. I scheduled my appointment, was (predictably) about fifteen minutes late, and still had the smoothest possible experience I could imagine. Quin Wiltshire was my service consultant, and he was absolutely awesome. He made sure that I had a solid answer to every question I asked, including a bunch of obscure stuff that no reasonable customer would ask about technical service bulletins and firmware updates and that sort of thing. Always the problem customer, I also remembered partway through my appointment that I wanted to get the bug guard installed on my hood and he worked with the parts and service department to make that happen while I was still down there, which was amazing and saved me a second trip, a ton of time, and a whole mess of bugs on my windshield in the interim. If every service department had their process polished and if every consultant was as solid as Quin, the world would be a better place for drivers. After this experience, I'll absolutely continue to drive all the way south to Wilsonville to have my Forester maintained, even if it is about an hour round trip out of the way for me.
