Shopped around for about a day called multiple dealerships but decided to make the almost hour drive to the dealership. when we arrived it was a little intimidating as the showroom was inside, lik dealerships but decided to make the almost hour drive to the dealership. when we arrived it was a little intimidating as the showroom was inside, like all of it is inside. so we walked an extra 1/4mile looking for the cross-treks we were interested in. while walking around, obviously not knowing what where to go or what we were doing, we were kindly greeted by a sales associate. right away they knew we didn't know where to go or what to look for but we had a car in mind and a trim level we liked. they had many cars available in that selection and were able to narrow down things like color and trim level. then it came to the dreaded negotiation table where i almost expect the run around and my wife leaves, she says you do what you do and i will be back so you can let me know if i get the car i want or not....... lol. she went out and came back in and the deal was almost complete, she was delighted and surprised at the same time. the process was very out of the normal as we had a set price and if that was the car you were interested in then that is what you're going to pay. NO BULL! i appreciate negotiations and also noticed that just by sitting down we were given the fair price for that vehicle, that never happened in my past experience. i was prepared for a fight and all I had to do hear was ask the simple questions about what this covers or how does this effect our investment into Subaru. Overall it was refreshing to say the least and yes there was still negotiations but not even close to anything i had experienced before. highly recommend this dealership and Holly for all you sales needs. AWESOME! More

I probably could have spent a lot of time haggling at other dealerships and saved a couple bucks, but I really valued the “No Bull” pricing and the lack of aggressive selling. I did not feel pressured to purchase things I did not want and everything was explained clearly. I drove away feeling that I got a fair deal and I will be back for my next Subaru. More
Daniel did not provide straightforward answers + did not disclose affordable packages unless directly asked. If we had not been customers with Subaru for the past few years and done our own research, we wou disclose affordable packages unless directly asked. If we had not been customers with Subaru for the past few years and done our own research, we would have missed out on special deals (we were not told that Subaru would cover our first month's lease payment until we tried to negotiate a lower monthly rate. Daniel kept pushing back saying, "Oh I told your daughter that when we were walking around a couple hours ago." To which we responded, "Well then why isn't it reflected in this pricing breakdown and why hasn't it been mentioned in the past 2 hours of payment conversation?" To which he had no response.) It's not my job as the customer to sell myself a car or advocate the dealership's policies and reward systems. You would think a perk like that would be presented up front and on paper but it felt like we wouldn't have received it if we hadn't asked for a lower monthly payment. We only heard about it formally when Daniel returned from talking to his manager on pricing. This was a very frustrating experience and at times, Daniel showed his frustration, annoyance, and was disrespectful when we broke down the pricing and pointed out how the amounts were not adding up and it felt like there were a lot of unexplainable "hidden" fees. When asked, Daniel could not explain those fees and delayed providing us the information we were clearly asking for from the beginning. We have been customers with Subaru for a few years now and were not impressed that we kept catching Daniel off guard by asking simple questions and felt as if we were being taken advantage of. While Daniel was friendly and constantly trying to keep conversation going and light, I would rather have had him focus his energy into providing us complete and correct pricing and package information upfront. More
