When we were ready to pickup the car she knew how every feature worked and walked through them, then offered to do it again over the phone if needed. She checked in a couple of weeks later in case we needed help and didn't want to call. The only negative was the dealership, selling a warranty and basic service program that we thought should have been included with any new car. More

Went in initially for as service and to see what they would offer for the Crosstrek I had, and they offered more than the loan balance - which is awesome! Even after hours doing paperwork and getting to know the car, never once felt rushed or like they were impatient and wanted me to just leave. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely do future business with them. Even a week later when I went in to get some additions to my car, the guys in the service department seemed to enjoy their job and were very friendly and were able to answer all my questions.
