My wife and I ordered a car in late November to arrive at the end of January. Alonso kept us informed about any changes to delivery time throughout that period. He was very knowledgeable about both the car and the process for purchasing it. He was courteous and helpful and has followed up with a call within a week to see if there was anything we needed and if we liked the car. His service was great and we do like the car.
