Three year old car. Battery failed. Service department said nothing was wrong with the car. Battery kept failing. Subaru customer advocaey dept. said that they couldn't Battery failed. Service department said nothing was wrong with the car. Battery kept failing. Subaru customer advocaey dept. said that they couldn't help unless I took car back to dealer. After return to dealer, they then said battery failed but that was okay since the car was 3 years old, and they would happily sell me a new battery for$400. If I buy a new car, it should remain reliable more than 3 years. I shouldn't have to replace the battery every 3 years. The dealership didn't even offer any discount on battery cost. Over-all the service department was not very customer oriented. More
