Spencer was professional and did a great job of answering my questions. When I thought something was not working but I just didn't understand, he was so gracious and respectful that I didn't feel silly. As a my questions. He had kept track of all those details and the day this car came in and was in the process of certification I was able to drive over to look at it. He walked me through buying it and explained everything. I felt he was honest and it was a great experience. I highly recommend James. That was over a year ago, and I still love my Subaru!
