It was very straight forward and low stress. They had plenty of used cars to look at and the process of placing an order for a new car was very easy to grasp and non-committal. I was able to place an order for a new outback without signing anything or putting any money down, I just had a 72 our window in which to come buy it after it arrived. I haven't had to have any work done on my car but the location seems like a very relaxing place if you need to wait to have any maintenance done on your car. There is plenty of comfortable seating and even a local coffee/café shop in the building. I would definitely recommend Wilsonville Subaru to anyone looking to buy one. More

I worked with AJ Rodriquez & he was very patient with me & spent considerable time explaining features of the car & what I could expect from Wilsonville Subaru. He never rushed or pressured me. He was kind, reassuring & thorough. He contacted me after the sale to see how I liked my new Cross Trek. He offered to meet with me again @ the dealership if I wanted a hands on demonstration of the cars many features. I’d driven Saabs for over 25 years. My 2022 Subaru is a big transition from my familiarity with my 2005 Saab. I believe Wilsonville Subaru, it’s Service Dept & AJ Rodriquez will continue to be available to me & provide the information & handholding I may need. Thank you AJ. More

Karen was a great partner in working out our new car purchase. She was friendly and well informed. We are very happy with the new car. However, note that this dealership, while doing a fantastic job on purchase. She was friendly and well informed. We are very happy with the new car. However, note that this dealership, while doing a fantastic job on customer service and price misses the downside of their pro business policy of NOT having dealer installed accessories ready when the vehicle is picked up by the buyer. I've never seen this in a new car purchase and caused delays, rescheduling and ultimately one accessory cancelled outright after trying to make an appointment for a one-day service AND not having a guaranteed loaner vehicle. The business decision to have an un-changed new vehicle picked up and paid for before making any upgrades, that are already pard for, disregards the inconvenience to the customer. I've bought several new cars, picked up at the lot, that had dealer installed options with the items listed, and paid, in the sale documents so I'm not sure why the cars cannot be sold to another customer in that way if the original customer turns down the new car purchase. This should be made clear to the customer at the front end. I've read that other brands are experimenting with monthly subscriptions for something as important, yet mundane and considered standard, heated seats - to even consider something like this is absolutely ludicrous. People will vote with their feet. More
