He showed us one and then walked with me as I evaluated the other cars that I had less interest in and the WRX that had caught our eyes right at the entrance to the store. It was snowy out, and it was really nice to walk around their beautiful indoor showroom instead of tromping around in the snow and ice like we had at every other dealer. We were in a hurry and really appreciated that he didn't waste our time trying to chat us up and keep us around longer. Then, once we decided on the WRX we didn't have enough time to come back to buy it at the time. I called him and he did all the paperwork and etc that you usually have to sit for what feels like forever in the dealership wasting time completing for me. He brought the car right to my work an hour north on my schedule the next day, waited patiently for me, and then we signed everything in the car- which is the way to sign your car papers I now believe. He showed me how to use everything in the car. He was very friendly and helpful. Just the right balance of knowledge of his product and social interaction to be the perfect way to make a deal. I would definitely come back to this dealership and Mason or refer them to friends. Thanks! More

All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. We had our service dog in training with us and she was also accepted. Our salesperson was the only person we had to talk to although many others came by to say hi and pet the dog. Our salesman, Greg McMillin, was easy to communicate with, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He was very patient answering our multitude of questions. We felt he took the time to honestly get to know us. We couldn't think of anything that could have been better, it was a very satisfying experience. More
