We went on line and were interested in purchasing a completely loaded 2017 Outback Touring 3.6 to replace a BMW M3. After comparing prices and doing research, Shawn Tracy had the best deal and was the most responsive of everyone. Although it was a cash deal, we even decided to trade in a two year old car to save ourselves the hassle of selling it - that was painless as well. More

Mason McDonald was a great professional who took time with my partner and I to look at two different Subaru models, took us on a test drive with both cars, and patiently went over the different options to purchase the car. At no point did we feel pressured to buy. I came in knowing what I wanted to spend and what I was looking for. Thankfully not only did I come in under my personal budget, my friend and I were able to look at the lot of cars, take a test drive and do all the paperwork and be out of the dealership within 3 hours ! First, was the quality of the Wilsonville facility as well as the large number of in stock cars available for the models that most interested me. Second, was the no xx pricing which seemed very competitive. As an indication of how fair they were, Mason came back with an even lower price than what I had agreed to after a fee was adjusted based on my current address. Third, Mason was efficient in adapting to my requests as they evolved while I was figuring out exactly what type of car (new versus used, make, model, features, color, etc.) would be best to buy. It took two visits to sort this out and drive off in my new car which required less than two hours total at the dealership. After I settled on a particular vehicle I was offered various add-ons, but there was no hard sell. Overall, this was a good experience for someone who doesn't enjoy haggling. More
