The wagon exceeded my expectations, the dealership staff was more like family. I purchased the Outback I had been searching for that night. A very good experience On Nov. 9th I went to Wilsonville Subaru to ask a few questions about the newer Outbacks (I was driving a 2006 Outback that I had had for 10 years). J On Nov. 9th I went to Wilsonville Subaru to ask a few questions about the newer Outbacks (I was driving a 2006 Outback that I had had for 10 years). James Grant answered my questions and showed me the differences between the model years. He spent a goodly amount of time with me knowing full well I was not buying a car that day. I returned on Saturday, Nov. 11th to buy the 2017 Outback that I had test drove even though James and I hadn't made an appointment for that day. He stayed well past the end of his regular shift to take care of me and sale of this vehicle. On the following Wed. I returned to drop off my new Outback to have the EPP applied and a new trailer hitch installed. Sean Sanders was the service guy who took good care of me and my car. He ensured I had a loaner and was good with answering my questions. Sean called my earlier than expected the next day to tell me my car was ready. It was good to have my car back! More
