I had done some homework and I think the price was fair. Brent was patient when it came to explaining how the buying process works and all the features of our new car. (It was quite a step up from our previous car!) I am planning to make an appointment to learn more about how my car operates. I think this is a great service! We had a bit of a problem with the car we traded in because I couldn't find the title. He was very patient and didn't seem to mind all the paperwork required to straighten it out. We made an appointment to meet with our designated salesperson (you have just one person that you work with...don't get passed around to various others). Nora Wilson answered all our questions and never pushed. Price beat our buying club too! Nora took the time to explain to two, low tech seniors how to navigate the new (to us) computerized screens. We love our car! And we appreciate the entire low key buying process. More
