I was one of those people that entered on a Sunday night less than an hour from closing and ended up keeping him there at least a few hours late... but he was patient with me and helped get me into my new ride... and had an awesome attitude the entire time! I needed to get some things added on to the vehicle and he worked hard with the service center to get my car in right away! I also want to give a shout out to Justin Snodgrass who was also a pleasure to work with! I'd recommend buying a car from James in heartbeat! Not ready to buy but want to start looking? Still ask for James... he'll treat you right. More

He went above and beyond to save the vehicles for us, and was happy to answer the millions of questions I had (and still have and he is still happy to respond!) He made sure the entire time we were there we were comfortable and happy. You can usually tell when a car salesman is genuine, and when a car salesman is just trying to push a sell. James is a genuine guy and it shows, he isn't trying to push crap or inventory, he really goes out of his way to make sure it's all about you, the customer! Definitely recommend James if anyone needs a new Subaru, as well as this dealership! Love the philosophy and how nice everyone is here! More

On a busy Friday afternoon, Wilsonville Subaru and a star sales guy, James Grant, easily overcame that trepidation. James struck a smooth balance between patiently explaining the vast technical features of a new Forrester and arranging the financial details and sale closure. The only reservation here is that the cash sale process moved along a bit slowly -- we were nervously in a time crunch. But, driving our new Forrester, we got out in plenty of time to make our next stop, thanks to James' arranging to continue his tutorials until the next Monday. In the parts department, he then also saw to adding the extra roof racks and floor matting that we had ordered. Extra key cases, color-coded, were another nice touch. The upshot here is that we would recommend Wilsonville Subaru over other Portland-area dealers of the brand -- and we have. ("Ask for James," we said. And some friends of ours say they will.) Great work deserves to be rewarded with more work. (Never thought we'd say that about an auto dealer.) Richard and Pat Colby More

Provided the facts, answered all my questions, showed optional products with no pressure whatsoever and made the process very quick and painless. James was very pleasant, polite and fun to talk to. Poor customer service We knew what we wanted, we were shown everything but, then told that they couldn't provide the car we wanted. We could have this different model and oh yeah, we are not going to pre prep vehicle. We will send you out with over inflated tires and blame you. We asked 3 times that our ad ons not be added to vehicle, when they checked why a sensor was going on. Those things were added anyway. No apology. Asked to talk to Customer Service Manager, we got shop advocate instead and refusal for us to talk to other manager. Brand new car has been in shop more than on road. Plenty of Bull going on. More

I had my previous car in the shop multiple times and each person I worked with was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Corey in particular was ALWAYS there when my car started acting up and no problem was ever made to feel too small. He is extremely professional and as long as I have a Subaru I will always call him when it comes to maintenance or any issues. When I finally decided to trade in and get a new car, the people in service and sales really worked together to to make sure I was leaving in a car that I wanted and would keep me safe. James advocated for me and really listened to my needs and values. He explained things in a way that was understandable to me and I never once felt pressured into anything. I am SO impressed with the teamwork and customer service at Wilsonville Subaru and will never go anywhere else. More
