Once I had purchased the vehicle it needed to stay at the dealership to have some accessories added to it. They provided me with a loaner car to drive in the interim. Marcelo was in constant contact through text message and always get me up to date about the status of my vehicle. Every time I come back to the dealership now I seek out Marcelo to say hello. He is always friendly, has a smile on his face and you can tell he truly loves what he does. John was also excellent to work with. He answered all my questions about the vehicle very quickly. Roree Lewis was so helpful and kept me updated with the status of the vehicle and provided me with information as we requested it. She coordinated with Max the salesperson to make our experience special. Roree's supervisor, Paul Heinrich. also sent me a follow up email to ensure that I was completely satisfied and to ensure that my questions had been answered. We had never met Roree face to face, but when the vehicle arrived and it was time to finalize the purchase, Roree called us and assisted us in scheduling our appointment. Shortly after arriving for our appointment, Roree came over and introduced herself. She seemed just as excited about our new Subaru as we are!
