Ron, the manager, stepped in and went above and beyond my expectations to get me into a different vehicle, with as little financial impact as possible. He heard all my needs and made them happen, and then some. While I was finalizing things with my salesperson, Dave, Ron stopped by to check in with me. A few weeks ago my wife, Jesseca, and I visited Wilsonvill In summary - If you are in the market to buy a new car ONLY by from Wilsonville Subaru!! A few weeks ago my wife, Jesseca, and I visited Wilsonville Subaru to look at some 2019 Ascents and Foresters. Upon entering the dealership showroom we were greeted by Brent Venishel. Brent came across as professional, well spoken and very personable! (i.e. no creepy salesperson vibes) In two minutes or less Brent asked us how we were, gave us the Wilsonville Subaru "One Person, One Price, No Bull" spiel, pointed us towards the inventory of cars that we were interested in and set us on our merry window shopping tire kicking way. My wife and I are educated buyers and we know what we like when we see it. At no point during our stroll through the lot inventory did we feel pursued on spied on. It was a great no pressure situation. After seeing the selection that W.S. had to offer we thanked Brent for his time, left the dealership and went home to discuss our options. About a week later we scheduled a 9:00 am follow up appointment, thanks Jeremy Warram, with our salesperson Brent. We arrived to the dealership a little early and Brent was already standing by waiting on our arrival. (he even had the Forester that we were interested in prewashed and sitting pretty) Quick not quick side note - we were only in the market to buy a new car as a result of a no fault accident where our previous vehicle was totaled. My wife was still feeling the negative effects of the accident and during our two visits to the dealership Brent could not have been more accommodating. I will not go into much more detail but the dealership and Brent went out of their way to ensure her comfort. It was truly incredible. As a consumer I have never felt/seen this level of customer service before and we were beyond grateful. Anyways, back to the review.... Brent walked me around the 2019 Horizon Blue Pearl Forester Touring, explained the features of this particular vehicle and expertly addressed all of our questions . We loved this car so much that we decided to buy it!!! Brent made the whole "administration" portion of the buying experience quick and painless. Start to finish was less than an hour and a half. To top things off , because of our "situation" Brent offered to personally deliver the car to our home. Who does that? Wilsonville Subaru - that's who! It was painless and I really didn’t think I was gonna be able to get it, but the guys at Subaru went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of there with the car I fell in love with. I ultimately worked with Max, who was absolutely fantastic (willing to give all the time/attention in the world, and not discouraged by my waffling/indecisiveness!); and in a matter of just a couple of hours I drove away in a new car. No haggling, no up-selling, no pushiness... I've purchased a lot of cars both privately and from dealers over the years, and this was by far the most positive, stress-free, informed experience I've ever had. Can't recommend Wilsonville Subaru enough. More

Being inexperienced newlyweds we felt like the car was pushed on us without consideration of what we really wanted. So last weekend we wanted to see if we could trade it in early to purchase another car. Funny, I went in just expecting disappointment and instead left with a car that well suits what I want and need. It wasn't super easy on their part due to my circumstances and standards but James and Elaine were very patient throughout the whole process. I had questions, they had answers. Simple as that. Everyone there is very laid back, friendly and willing to help. If you're looking to buy a subie, talk to the guy who resembles Alec Baldwin. He'll hook you up. More

I was out of town the week my ordered vehicle arrived and Brent worked hard to ensure I could go straight from the airport to the dealership to pick up my car and not need to make an extra trip. Brent took the time to show me how to use every feature on the car. And even checked in with me 3 days later to make sure everything was going okay. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Wilsonville Subaru. More

James was fantastic before we even met in person - We spoke over the phone and he asked all the right questions and actually listened to what I wanted in my Subaru! He set out on the mission to find it and delivered within a few hours. We planned to meet when I got off work that evening. The entire time we felt welcomed, comfortable, and in the "know" of what was going on. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. I sincerely felt that both James and Jay cared about what I had to say and truly wanted to make a deal that would work right for us and our budget and not to just sell us a car. Both stayed well beyond normal business hours and not once did I feel like they were put out or rushing us out the door. I worked with James and Jay specifically but everyone I met in the show room was great - very welcoming and nice. You can tell that they genuinely enjoy working there and together. The showroom was also very clean and well maintained. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had and will continue to go there for service or whatever it is that comes up in the future. I do not feel that the business relationship ended the moment the papers were signed- I truly feel I could approach either with any questions or concerns and they'd fix it or send me to the right person. Once I decided on my choice (2019 Forester Touring) and had test driven it, James sat me down to go over the options and paperwork. It's a lengthy process and I had several questions.... James was the soul of patience. He answered my questions thoroughly (some I admit more than once). I was initially skeptical of the claim of no pressure but it turned out to be true. James also went over the many features in the cabin at length before I left. When it was clear I was a bit overwhelmed he suggested I return another day to get a further tutorial on the bits and bobs. I am very much enjoying the car. It is clear that Subaru has thought of everything. It's a responsive, easy to handle car with every conceivable technological safety feature. With increasing traffic congestion safety and reliability are paramount. I would recommend Wilsonville Subaru in large part due to James's customer service. Also, the car is a beauty! More
