Easiest experience ever. We've been on the market for a new car (and specifically an Impreza) for about a year so I had been keeping an eye on dealerships nearby. When I saw that Wilsonville Subaru had exactly what we were looking for (listed as 'in transit') I jumped on it and reached out right away. Jonah helped my wife and I get set up with an appointment in an extremely timely and friendly manner. Seemed like a very genuine person. We were then helped by AJ, who did a great job making us feel comfortable and showing us exactly what they had to offer. Additionally, even though our car was currently in transit, we were still able to take a look at a couple of the same models so we could get an idea for look/feel/trim/etc. and so we could actually go for a test drive. When it came to paperwork, the process couldn't have been more straightforward. Sure it took some time (paperwork always does!), but AJ made it very painless, spelling out what options we had and making the overall process as efficient as possible. The longest part of the process was just waiting for the car to arrive (which makes sense). I would highly recommend AJ as well as Wilsonville Subaru in general, as it just felt like a very welcoming dealership. More

Tom Tyson at Wilsonville Subaru is great. In 2020 I bought a 2021 Forester sport from him. He was honest and never pressured us into anything like getting the more expensive car. I’ve have visited Tom many times about trade in and again no pressure and he answered all my questions. He was so good my wife and I went back to him when we decided we needed a bigger car got a Subaru Ascent. Again no pressure and he was honest with us. I would recommend seeing Tom at Wilsonville Subaru. I know in the future we will go back to Tom to upgrade our other car. More

Everyone makes mistakes especially one incompetent employee inspected an used 2019 Subaru Impreza and missed the significant hidden fire damage around the battery area. Then the dealer unknowingly, wi employee inspected an used 2019 Subaru Impreza and missed the significant hidden fire damage around the battery area. Then the dealer unknowingly, without the knowledge sold the car to my daughter like new car pricing Feb 2022. My daughter only found out such hidden fire damages with a minor accident 8 months later. The body shop called to inform after taking the fender etc apart. The body shop was also nice enough to replace the fire damage. We informed the dealer and they are willing to make it good to trade in the 2019 Subaru with another car. The manager Brad is great to make things good and honest. Brad also informed AJ to make it good with my daughter. So we are happy after the dealer resolved this matter with honesty and integrity. More
