Great from start to finish! WOW. So, we already have a 2017 Expedition we bought new. Due to the horrible dealer behavior & this vehicle just not living up to the expectations o WOW. So, we already have a 2017 Expedition we bought new. Due to the horrible dealer behavior & this vehicle just not living up to the expectations of a $52k car...we have been looking elsewhere. We started this new car hunt looking for a Hybrid Sedan. Test drove many brands, and models. Had a test drive of the Forester at another dealer, but they were rude and not ever gonna get our business. But, we liked the car enough to give it another try. Found great reviews online for Wilsonville Subaru, called and explained what we were looking for. They set us an appointment the very next evening, it was ready and waiting. Meeting Daniel was a joy. Wow, does he know this brand and quickly realized he had a better car for our needs. He was correct. He answered every question we had, and if he didn't know he found out. He is a loyalist and own a Subaru too, which in my eyes speaks highly of the dedication. Perfect test drive route with city, country, fast, slow. etc it really lets us get a feel for the character & capability of the Forester. Very well planned out. The deal itself was painless, and gave me advice on raising my credit and I've climbed 30 points since then. This has been an incredible experience for us. Daniel will be our go to dealer until he retires or we no longer drive. LOL I feel like his character and dedication to his craft are what set him apart and recommend him to everyone I talk to about our 2019 Forester Touring. He has been integral to the happiness we have with our deal. More

Best sales person and customer service Holly Hill was one of the best service reps I've ever worked with and she told me of things that no one ever told me the first time I bought my first Holly Hill was one of the best service reps I've ever worked with and she told me of things that no one ever told me the first time I bought my first Subaru. So many more details that I had never known about my own car as well as my brand new car. Also the service department was incredible and always is in customer service.
