Excellent Customer Service We came in to Wilsonville Subaru after having already shopped around. We met Tom Tyson who greeted us in the certified preowned area and directed us to the three vehicles we'd selected online. From the very beginning, we were impressed with Tom's approach. He gave us 'just the facts' and answered all our questions as well as the pros and cons of each specific vehicle. We took a test drive and he carefully explained the (extensive) electronic features. We finally chose a 2019 Outback. It was newer and fewer miles than what we had originally decided upon---and more $$ of course. Throughout the whole time we were at the dealership, Tom was kind, funny, open and forthcoming. We really enjoyed meeting him; he seemed genuinely interested in us, not just what we were purchasing. We came back the next day to conclude the deal and bring in the vehicle were were giving in trade. Smooth and effortless a transaction as we've ever had in purchasing a car. Everyone we met at Wilsonville Subaru were very pleasant and friendly. Kudos to Tom Tyson for a great experience! More

Fantastic customer experience, start to finish I had a fantastic experience at Wilsonville Subaru! I wasn't yet ready to buy when I first spoke with them, but there was never any pressure - they fo I had a fantastic experience at Wilsonville Subaru! I wasn't yet ready to buy when I first spoke with them, but there was never any pressure - they followed up when agreed, not hassling me with sales calls or emails, and I always knew my single point of contact for dealing with them. When I came in for a test drive, Holly was patient and helpful in talking through my options, accepted that I needed a bit more time, and kept in contact between appointments. She kept me updated on the delivery date of the car I was interested in, but never pressurized me into making a purchase decision until I was ready - she happily answered all my questions and I felt that it was important to her that I was happy with my choice. We were offered a slightly lower price at another dealership, but they just couldn't match the excellent customer experience at Wilsonville Subaru. Holly is the single biggest reason we returned to buy our car from Wilsonville. A new car is a big purchase, and I want to know the quality after-care is there as well. I feel that I can contact Wilsonville Subaru and Holly for any future questions or concerns and will be taken care of with the same friendliness, courtesy and care. More

All the information we needed and numbers/scenarios right up front without the forced close which allowed us opportunity to go home and think things through. Nora is friendly and personable and our whole family is impressed with her and my husband and I are wholly impressed with Wilsonville Subaru. The one price concept is fantastic and I wish all dealerships would move to this model. There we’re not constant follow up calls for us - Nora just allowed is time to do what we needed to do. And when we wanted to take another look she offered to bring the car to our home (which was super convenient with a small child). She was available at home to answer questions and just incredibly helpful. So thankful for this experience. More

Test drove my 2019 Subaru Ascent (Stelah) and Harrison encouraged me to think about it - maybe look at the Honda's again. Let him know what I think. Not pushy at all. I left thinking hmmmm he will call back tomorrow because that's what salesmen do. He did not - I did drive a Honda Pilot and my favorite truck in the world a Honda Ridgeline. They did not compare to the Subaru Ascent I had fallen in love with. So when Harrison called a week later and said - I have a Cinnamon Brown Pearl Ascent with a tow package installed arriving soon - should I hold it for you? Yes indeed I'll be right there Harrison. I got everything I wanted. Fair price - no shape shifting sales staff making you feel less than bright - it was a great experience. I highly recommend Wilsonville Subaru and Harrison Bates as a salesperson. More

On 6/29/2019 me and my fiance went to Lithia Subaru and it was the biggest mistake we have made the sales team at Lithia had no customer service when On 6/29/2019 me and my fiance went to Lithia Subaru and it was the biggest mistake we have made the sales team at Lithia had no customer service when we sat down to look at numbers they ran my credit 6 different times to tell me i need to put 18k down on a 2019 Subaru outback if i wanted a chance on getting into one i was upset they ran my credit so many times and didnt even check with my bank who is chase bank the Lithia salesmen never even came back with numbers just his jacket zipped up saying i just cant afford any model car they have, so i went to Wilsonville Subaru and i was linked up with Jacob Crosby and Ty Bryant who was just over seeing the deal but i do have to say Jacob made me and my fiance feel valued he found us the same car that Lithia was showing us and he worked hard to get the deal to work in fact i dont think i have ever seen a car salesmen work so hard for their client he was able to work the most perfect deal and i was absolutely blown away at what Jacob was able to work out in fact im still blown away and cant believe it Jacob is professional and most of all he knows all about customer service you guys have made 2 life time customers because of the work Jacob did for us and i will be referring anyone and everyone to him that is looking for a new or used car. I also have to give a shout out to Thomas Tyson my fiance and i are expecting twins we have a 1 and a half year old already but when he heard that he started telling us about his twins and thats the first time her and i have met someone who had twins and he gave us his card telling us we can call him if we need advice or anything like that and that to us meant the whole world we truly felt like we were almost in a family it dose not feel like a car dealership it feels more like friends helping friends or even family helping family and that's priceless.
