Oil change Wow....such a great 1st experience!! I can honestly say that I enjoyed taking my car in for an oil change....and waiting for it!! As I pulled in, j Wow....such a great 1st experience!! I can honestly say that I enjoyed taking my car in for an oil change....and waiting for it!! As I pulled in, j was greeted by a nice young guy who escorted me inside and introduced me to Tiffany. She was extremely professional and very nice. I told her that I had an appointment down in NW at noon and was hoping that my car would be done by 11:00. She said absolutely!! Really?? :))) As I waited, I enjoyed a delicious sandwich and coffee at the wonderful cafe, and chatted with Sam the owner. Such a darling little cafe!! To my surprise, my car was done well BEFORE my promise time!! When I went to pick it up, I had a few questions to ask Tiffany, which she took the time to answer, and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. I left Wilsonville Subaru in such a great mood, and a feee car wash....which I took advantage of right away. Lastly, I just want to say that I work for a company that service is our number one priority, so I expect it when I’m dealing with others. Tiffany, Sam, and the Wilsonville Subaru has greatly exceeded my expectations, and I can honestly say this was the best car service experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve owned 9 cars). Thank you... I will be back!! More

The only glitch was our having to return to dealership to redo financing. They did save us some financing costs in the process. I am amazed as to the amount of paperwork the dealership has to manage to sell a car. More

Best experience Ever! I truly had the most incredible experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. I had MANY questions walking into the Subaru dealership and Shawn I truly had the most incredible experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. I had MANY questions walking into the Subaru dealership and Shawna was right there to help answer all of those questions I had. She was confident and knew exactly what she was talking about and you can see how much passion she has, which in return, makes a customer feel that much more confident in coming in. Not once did I feel pressured into anything at all either. She gave me so much time, and allowed me to contact her if I had any further questions, which I had a lot of later on after I left. The next time I came in, I was ready to get my beautiful Subaru Forester. She walked me through everything and explained so many things that allowed me to understand EXACTLY what I was getting into. I will never ever go to anyone or anywhere else, when it comes to car shopping. I have already recommended Shawna to SO many people, because she allowed me to feel 120% confident in my decision, due to her help and knowledge. I truly cannot explain how incredible this experience was, and I was able to drive off the lot with the biggest smile on my face, knowing I was in good hands the entire process. At no point did her try to oversell or push me into a vehicle that was not suited for me as some other dealers had done. As a matter of fact, Steven did the complete opposite. He listened to my needs and went above and beyond to find a vehicle that fit my lifestyle and my monthly price range. We didn't leave the dealership until long after it had closed and Steven was patient and dedicated the while way through.
