It has a huge selection of Subarus, in fact I think it is the largest Subaru dealer in the U.S. In contrast to the vast amount of choices, we received quite useful personal assistance from a young man named Sam Coonrod who helped us find our car and was so friendly, helpful, and never applied any pressure. He was a new salesman, training under Shawna Williams, and they certainly went beyond the call of duty to be sure we were comfortable and informed. That No Pressure factor made me feel especially at ease. Sam wanted to be sure we'd be happy with our choice and we took a test drive and after we decided to buy, he sat in the car for more than an hour showing us how everything worked and answering all of our questions. (Being in our 70's we needed a bit more "hand-holding" than younger people might need.) It was a fabulous stress-free situation and we got exactly the perfect car for us! This is our 7th Subaru purchase over the years, and the best buying experience! He worked extremely hard over the next 5 weeks to help me narrow down what I wanted, walk me through all the options, answer every question I had, and iron out every little detail. It felt extremely up front and honest from the very start, I never had to play any games, and I never felt pressured into making a decision.
