Best experience Ever! I truly had the most incredible experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. I had MANY questions walking into the Subaru dealership and Shawn I truly had the most incredible experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. I had MANY questions walking into the Subaru dealership and Shawna was right there to help answer all of those questions I had. She was confident and knew exactly what she was talking about and you can see how much passion she has, which in return, makes a customer feel that much more confident in coming in. Not once did I feel pressured into anything at all either. She gave me so much time, and allowed me to contact her if I had any further questions, which I had a lot of later on after I left. The next time I came in, I was ready to get my beautiful Subaru Forester. She walked me through everything and explained so many things that allowed me to understand EXACTLY what I was getting into. I will never ever go to anyone or anywhere else, when it comes to car shopping. I have already recommended Shawna to SO many people, because she allowed me to feel 120% confident in my decision, due to her help and knowledge. I truly cannot explain how incredible this experience was, and I was able to drive off the lot with the biggest smile on my face, knowing I was in good hands the entire process.
