From the moment we walked in the door, Max was genuinely warm, friendly and helpful. Throughout our month of car shopping and deliberation, Max would check in via phone or email but never pressure us in our timing or decision. Pleasant car-buying experience The first sales rep we met with was Ty, & we felt comfortable with him & appreciated his willingness to provide all the info we needed without any pre The first sales rep we met with was Ty, & we felt comfortable with him & appreciated his willingness to provide all the info we needed without any pressure. Ty also offered to help us with any questions we might have later, & he called us the next day to tell us that a car we were interested in had become available. We enjoyed working with Ty, so when we became even more interested in the Forester, we came back in to see him; Ty was out that day, so Sam Coonrod helped us. He couldn't have been more helpful, especially explaining some of the more technical details to a couple of seniors who are challenged by all the new technology in today's autos. Sam patiently answered our numerous questions about our preferences for a new car. He confirmed our good opinion of the Forester and offered suggestions on how we could test drive it to get a real feel for it on the road. My main fear of driving is having visibility problems. Sam went into great detail to explain to me how the Forester would help me to deal with this issue, especially when making right-hand lane changes. We were completely convinced that this was the car for me, so we bought it that same day. Sam came out in the car with me to further demonstrate the assistance provided by the Forester when making that same lane change. On top of that, he even offered to give me a private familiarization lesson the next morning during his off-time in the dealership! This was THE MOST VALUABLE thing of all that he did for me because later that first evening, I had became concerned that I might have difficulty driving a big SUV for the first time; I was feeling intimidated by all the new technical data that I wasn't used to. By the end of my time with Sam, I felt totally reassured and comfortable about driving my new car. I've been driving it confidently every day since. More

However, we were slightly disappointed that our new car was not washed Our overall experience with Wilsonville Subaru sales was excellent (5 stars). However, we were slightly disappointed that our new car was not washed prior to delivery (minor) and that we discovered the tire pressure was low on the right rear of the car when we took the car on our first road trip. The sensors did their job, but it was disappointing to see different tire pressure on each tire once we realized there was a problem. The right rear became so low that it engaged the additional warning lights, so we had to find air and balance the air in the other tires. Overall, we love the car and we really enjoyed working with Max. Best Regards, Shawn and Laury More

I can honestly say that I enjoyed taking my car in for an oil change....and waiting for it!! As I pulled in, j was greeted by a nice young guy who escorted me inside and introduced me to Tiffany. She was extremely professional and very nice. I told her that I had an appointment down in NW at noon and was hoping that my car would be done by 11:00. She said absolutely!! Really?? :))) As I waited, I enjoyed a delicious sandwich and coffee at the wonderful cafe, and chatted with Sam the owner. Such a darling little cafe!! To my surprise, my car was done well BEFORE my promise time!! When I went to pick it up, I had a few questions to ask Tiffany, which she took the time to answer, and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. I left Wilsonville Subaru in such a great mood, and a feee car wash....which I took advantage of right away. Lastly, I just want to say that I work for a company that service is our number one priority, so I expect it when I’m dealing with others. Tiffany, Sam, and the Wilsonville Subaru has greatly exceeded my expectations, and I can honestly say this was the best car service experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve owned 9 cars). Thank you... I will be back!! More

The only glitch was our having to return to dealership to redo financing. They did save us some financing costs in the process. I am amazed as to the amount of paperwork the dealership has to manage to sell a car. More
