Their massive indoor showroom made for such a better experience than standing out in the radiating sun on a hot summer day, especially while 7 months pregnant. Also, their straightforward pricing structure we didn't end up spending hours of our time in negotiations over the price. We are so happy with our purchase and would recommend the car, the dealer, and our sales rep to anyone who asks. More

We went in a few days later and the hardest part of the process was on our side and that was picking a model that fit our needs the best. Each subaru has its own personality and Flo was so patient with us and really went above and beyond with his knowledge and suggestions. Would recommend this dealership AND working with Flo again! oil change delay I had an appointment for an oil change and I dropped the car off ten minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Just over an hour later the car h I had an appointment for an oil change and I dropped the car off ten minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Just over an hour later the car had not been moved into the shop as yet. After notifying the service manager, the car was immediately moved into the shop. and was serviced rather quickly. If you are going to over-book the service department then you need to be ready to deal with the consequences. I will give this dealership another try, but if they fail to honor appointment times, then it will be my last. More

I am sure the other sales associates are great, but I would highly recommend you ask for Tom when you walk in the door. More
