Very easy, the one price listed is the price you get, no haggle no hidden fees or services, all of it was laid out and each fee, service, or amenities listed showed exact cost. Was able to get the services and packages we wanted without a huge price difference or haggling to get more money out of us. Our sales rep se7en worked with us till we felt absolutely comfortable and confident in our purchase. No manager or other sales coming in to help haggle. It was a very caring/comfortable environment, very child friendly. I would highly recommend them. And will definitely be back when we can afford another new vehicle. More
