She was “with me” the whole way, and consistently evidenced thorough knowledge of the vehicle, an understanding of my needs and presences, and an unfailing willingness to answer all my questions, no matter how insignificant they might have been. She guided me through the process, expedited the extensive paperwork, and did all of this with a smile on her face! I found that not having to negotiate provided a more relaxing experience, increasing my comfort as I made the major decisions and commitments one must make in this situation. In this case, the reason I returned to purchase another Subaru from Wilsonville Subaru was based on the first excellent experience we had. Our second experience was even better. Brent met us at the door and welcomed us in. After learning our previous salesperson was no longer with the company, he quickly put us at ease with his depth of experience. I immediately described my purpose and what I hoped to find, and in no time he pointed us to the right vehicle. After determining the vehicle would meet our needs, I wanted to take the evening to think about it. There was absolutely NO pressure walking out of the door!!! When I contacted Brent the next day to make an appointment, he had taken time to go above and beyond the call of duty, recognizing an identical incoming vehicle into inventory that only differed in different color. He let me know of the additional option, and I was in to check it out that afternoon. When we came in this time, Brent was completely prepared to make the car perusal and subsequent purchase extremely swift and tidy. We were in and out within two hours. I HIGHLY recommend Wilsonville Subaru to anyone who wants a GREAT DEAL on a vehicle and wants to AVOID SENSELESS HAGGLING. I'm a software engineer, and the last thing I want to do is play negotiation games with a sales team that rips people off for a living. At Wilsonville Subaru, I found out twice, the "No Bull" tagline is EXACTLY THAT. NO BULL! I was treated respectfully, and at NO time was I pressured for ANYTHING!!!
