In this case, the reason I returned to purchase another Subaru from Wilsonville Subaru was based on the first excellent experience we had. Our second experience was even better. Brent met us at the door and welcomed us in. After learning our previous salesperson was no longer with the company, he quickly put us at ease with his depth of experience. I immediately described my purpose and what I hoped to find, and in no time he pointed us to the right vehicle. After determining the vehicle would meet our needs, I wanted to take the evening to think about it. There was absolutely NO pressure walking out of the door!!! When I contacted Brent the next day to make an appointment, he had taken time to go above and beyond the call of duty, recognizing an identical incoming vehicle into inventory that only differed in different color. He let me know of the additional option, and I was in to check it out that afternoon. When we came in this time, Brent was completely prepared to make the car perusal and subsequent purchase extremely swift and tidy. We were in and out within two hours. I HIGHLY recommend Wilsonville Subaru to anyone who wants a GREAT DEAL on a vehicle and wants to AVOID SENSELESS HAGGLING. I'm a software engineer, and the last thing I want to do is play negotiation games with a sales team that rips people off for a living. At Wilsonville Subaru, I found out twice, the "No Bull" tagline is EXACTLY THAT. NO BULL! I was treated respectfully, and at NO time was I pressured for ANYTHING!!! No Bull at Wilsonville Subaru I was ready to make a move and trade in my Toyota 4-Runner for a Crosstek so decided to have my third "NO BULL" experience, but this time with Subaru. I was ready to make a move and trade in my Toyota 4-Runner for a Crosstek so decided to have my third "NO BULL" experience, but this time with Subaru. My experience was awesome with Holly. She literally spent most of the day with me. Test drove two: one used Certified Pre-Owned and one new vehicle. Holly was patient with me as we looked over the numbers for both vehicles - I had wanted to reduce my payment, but in order to get the car of my dreams (and yes, I have been dreaming about a sporty Crosstrek) I basically got into a similar payment that I had with my previous vehicle, the 4-Runner. She knew that I would most likely be disappointed if I settled for the used vehicle after having driven a new 4-Runner with all the bells and whistles. Talk about bells and whistles!!! My new Subaru Crosstrek has them all! I am so, so happy with my purchase so far. And my new car fits me like a glove! Thank you so much Wilsonville Subaru!!! More

Ainslie helped me identify some options before ever coming in, and Andrew was a courteous and no-pressure sales specialist who stayed with us through the whole process, and allowed us time to snack and deliberate options. This location is huge and has a cafe as well as a great waiting area and ping pong table while you’re waiting for paperwork to process. My husband and I are glad to have this dealership in our community and I’m thankful they were so conscientious and friendly to make car buying that much less overwhelming. More
