Converted us from Ford to Subaru people! and thought they’d have best selection for our initial research visit. We first came by on a Friday night and met Tom Tyson, a friendly but not pushy and thought they’d have best selection for our initial research visit. We first came by on a Friday night and met Tom Tyson, a friendly but not pushy salesman, who allowed us to explore the showroom as long as we wanted, answered all our questions and taught us a lot about each sedan type I was interested in. We test drive a few and then went home to think on it and check out other options. In the end we decided our first experience was great - exceeded all our needs - and no need to look further. We contacted Tom by text to let him know we’d like to come back and learn about finance options. We didn’t have our payoff yet from our insurance company, which we’d need as our down payment, and we didn’t have excellent credit. Neither were barriers. I’d been driving a rental car two weeks and Tom let us post date our down payment check a week from the date we took possession, to allow our insurance payment to come through. Our financing was reasonable and he explained all our choices clearly and patiently answered all our questions. In the end the hardest part was making a car choice. We went way out of our way to go to this dealership - there are several close to our house - but we’re very glad we went with Wilsonville. Their after sale care is exceptional as well.... I’ve never heard of a place that wants to hear from you with questions and proactively reaches out to you after a few weeks of driving to answer any questions. Finally - I got aftermarket leather seats installed (thanks, Coach Auto), which was all coordinated by the dealership’s service department. They were so professional and fun in that office - looking forward to coming back for window tinting! Best part? They gave me a brand new Forester to drive as my rental while leather was installed for free! It broke my heart to give it back - and I already want to trade in upgrade! Ha! Definitely converted this Mustang girl to the PNW Subaru fanatic stereotype! Thanks, Tom! We’ll see you again soon! More

The trade-in process was super smooth, and they appraised my car while I was test driving a new car. The whole trade-in and car buying process was very easy and I felt no pressure. Brian Young was excellent and accommodating. He was super knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. Overall I am extremely happy with my experience at Wilsonville Subaru and was glad to have Brian as my sales associate. More

New Car Due to a car accident I had to get a new car. This is something I dread and I HATE pushy car dealers. To my pleasant surprise Wilsonville Subaru IS TH Due to a car accident I had to get a new car. This is something I dread and I HATE pushy car dealers. To my pleasant surprise Wilsonville Subaru IS THE EXCEPTION! When my husband and I walked into the dealership, the first thing I noticed was how clean and neat everything was. They have a lovely sitting area with a gas fireplace, a cafe, even the Guests Advocate's desks are neat and tidy. We met James Salon, Guest Advocate and he is FANTASTIC! I told him we were just wanting information and to test drive to see how the new cars felt. He spent lots of time with us, never being pushy, and giving us every piece of information we wanted. By the end of our visit, he made me feel like I made a new friend. As for what I was looking for, I wanted an Outback with cloth seats and no moon/sun roof; color wasn't a big thing just that I gravitate to lighter colors. He asked our preferences then took us to see the options. I saw a blue one that really appealed to me so that's the one we test drove. We came back and he showed us options we could add or delete and full pricing. By the time we were done I told him I wanted to sleep on it. His response, no problem. When I asked if he would be there tomorrow he informed it was his day off, but would be happy to come in and finish up with us. He gave me his card with his cell number. The next morning we called him to let him know we would be in at 10a and true to his word, he was there getting everything ready. I love my new car!!! I also love this dealership, it lives up to their commercials, no bull, no pressure, no hassles! I'll be recommending James Salon and Wilsonville Subaru to everyone!!! Above & Beyond Service Steven was fantastic. My husband and I met him on a random stop in to check out Subaru's for my mother. He then spent lot's of time with her a week Steven was fantastic. My husband and I met him on a random stop in to check out Subaru's for my mother. He then spent lot's of time with her a week later explaining the different models and features. Steven was so patient and had her try each one extensively and made sure she was able to understand the features. Later he met us on his day off to finalize a choice and complete the deal. He had a "no pressure" sales presentation, his goal was to make sure mom had only the things she really needed. He even helped detail the car for her first drive off the lot. Great Job Steven!!! More

We searched for cars in the early morning light of sunrise as only the Service Department was open. It was a great experience and she restored our faith that Wilsonville Subaru could provided use the services we need in a friendly, polite, professional & knowledgeable manor. She worked to get us what we needed for the price we wanted! I recently had a bad experience at the dealership and did not want to do service there again. Being we are for Carlton we could pick form a number of other dealers within equal distance. My husband ask that I give you a second chance and thanks to Holly I am now a repeat customer. I would definitely recommend Holly and Wilsonville Subaru. Thank you Holly! More
