I've heard about how car salesman can be when it comes to buying a vehicle at the dealership. But there is something about Wilsonville Subaru that kept us coming back to them when it was time to seal the dea buying a vehicle at the dealership. But there is something about Wilsonville Subaru that kept us coming back to them when it was time to seal the deal. We've browsed before - twice actually. But we were not ready then. The third time we were there, the stars aligned ... in the form of Mac Kizer. He was super laidback, cheerful and courteous. Patient and honest and upfront. I was really impressed that he actually LISTENED to what I had to say. At one point, when I was torn between 2 trims, he listed down the things I had said earlier and helped me make an informed decision! Over our mutual love for comfortable boots (we happened to wear the same pair!) and the fact that we clicked, working with Mac was the best experience for me, as a first-time car owner. Even my husband felt that Mac made him comfortable (to the point that he was ready to change his mind about car salesmen!). Mac never pushed us towards a model or trim that we did not want. He wanted us to have the car that we need. He truly listened. Imagine our surprise when he said he's really new at this job! (Say whattt?!) When it was time to crunch the numbers, the positive experience continues. Mac said that he will work with us from start to finish and that he certainly did.
