Rude employees. 3 hrs for oil change. I had an appointment, should have called me to let me know they were short staffed and running this far behind. I would have 3 hrs for oil change. I had an appointment, should have called me to let me know they were short staffed and running this far behind. I would have rescheduled since I commute from Des Moines, or at least had a heads up. As if the rudeness and long wait weren’t enough, service technician got grease on my seat, back rest and inside door panel on my new Prius. This was my very first oil change in this vehicle. I have pictures and can’t wait to show you just how much grease, such a disappointment. I’m shocked that this dealership would allow this poor service to happen. We bought from Wilson Toyota because we thought you were a cut above. We can understand long wait times, things happen. However, there really is no excuse to have to put up with rudeness from employees, we didn’t do anything wrong. Getting grease all over the inside of the vehicle is really inexcusable. It must be nice that business is so good you can treat your customers with mediocrity at best. More
