Had to call three times to find out if my car was done. Was expecting it around. 3:30. After three disconnects from the service dept., I finally made it through around 5 and was told it was ready. When I started it up, it was showing an error and to return it to the service dept. I did, they rolled it into the bay, then after 10 minutes, rolled it back out and said they didn’t have any techs to work on it. I decided to take it home. And this was just to get a software update and tires rotated. More
