As usual I brought my car in for service and they were on time through explained the service done and how the check points stacked up. Overall great customer service. A few areas that could you improvement would be when driving into the maintenance garage. There was no one to direct me what to do after I pulled in A few areas that could you improvement would be when driving into the maintenance garage. There was no one to direct me what to do after I pulled in (yes it was busy but when isn’t it). I could see employees through the glass and could tell that they were avoiding eye contact probably. After waiting outside my car for a few minutes someone came up and asked if I had helped and said that someone would be with me shortly. Waited a few more minutes and someone asked me again and gave me the same answer. Overall it didn’t bother me all that much; I think though I would have had a better experience if I knew what to expect when I drove in. I think a sign could fix this problem easy.(If their are signs and I overlooked them than I would recommend making them more obvious). The other thing that made my experience a little anxious was that I came in for an oil change; was told I had a nail in the tire that needed repair; which I gladly accepted to have patched. But it took two hours to do all that and it made me think that I may have agreed to another service without fully understanding. My suggestion around that would be communicating more often. Maybe have a timer to touch base with each customer at certain intervals ex:45min and say something simple to reassure them the correct service is being performed and nothing new has come up. Ex: your schedule oil change and tire patch is going as expected, thank you for your patience. Anyways overall great experience and great customer care but I did have a moment of confusion and anxiety while there. More
