Wilson Toyota of Ames

My appointment was at 11a. For a simple safety recall. I did not get my car back until AFTER 230pm. Ridiculous. Especially when they said it would b less than 2 hours. And also i came to find out the procedure only took a half hour maximum to finish. So why in the world was my car in the shop for over 3 hours? More

I talked to the service person about checking into a repair from the time before you fixed my car that it was making some noise and nobody apparently checked that out it’s still make noise.
