Dropped car off 12 noon for oil change. 2 1/2 to 3 hours is to long to wait for oil change. How does a dealership make money when it takes that long for oil change. They worked on my FJ Cruiser. The service and advice was EXCEPTIONAL! I did not have an appointment but was there when they opened out of necessity. They worked me in with no pre-promise - but they obviously went out of their way. I had several idiot lights that had came on - and DSM Toyota would do nothing for me for at least 3 weeks. Jamie was great and Steven the Tech did a good job. CJ Mayou made great efforts to find a engine part that had numerous backorders which was causing my error codes. I had installed an after market part because I could not find initially an OEM. My overall experience was Fantastic. I bought the car from them several years ago and by all comparison it is worth more now than I paid for it. I maintain it well - and even though the suggested oil change is 10,000 miles I can say I change oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles never exceeding that limit and in the long run the engine is like new. I found the OEM parts and it solved my problem. I owe them a great thanks! More
