Seemed to be confusion about the service appointment I made 3 weeks prior but they worked me in. My appointment was for 10:45 oil change and tire rotation. Finished at 4:30. Jamie was not very good with the tablet he was using. He never explained that I would received a text that I had to reply to. Therefore all the service work did not get completed. I waited an extra 45 minutes because I did not know that I had to reply to the text message. Because of the wasted 45 minutes I was not able to complete all my appointments that day. Therefore I had to make another 25 miles trip back to Ames. More
