I purchased a GPS SD card, and was told someone would install it once I stopped by, and wouldn’t need an appointment. When going to the front desk, she wanted to schedule an appointment. Then I was sen install it once I stopped by, and wouldn’t need an appointment. When going to the front desk, she wanted to schedule an appointment. Then I was sent to Parts, who just handed me the SD card…no one helped me. The install was easy, but I was a little nervous I would ruin something. Both situations (arrival and install) were not as expected, and no one seemed to be in line with what I was told previously. Would be nice if all employees were on the same page to set the right expectations with customers. Initially it sounded like this was straightforward and everyone would know what to do, but no one executed in a way consistent with what I was originally told. More
