I think this is the first time I did not give a five star rating. On Oct. 7, I got new tires put on and was told I needed new brake pads & rotors on front & back. The printout I received on Oct. 7 detailing rating. On Oct. 7, I got new tires put on and was told I needed new brake pads & rotors on front & back. The printout I received on Oct. 7 detailing the work that needed to be done said the parts were in stock. The woman working the counter went into the back room to make sure the parts would be there for appt on Oct 19 and appt was scheduled. When I arrived on Oct 19, there was some “uncertainty” as to whether there were Toyota parts to complete the task. Eventually, parts were found to complete the front brakes but I had to schedule another appt for Oct 21 to get the back brakes done. I want to commend advisor Brian T. for his diligence and customer service. More

Usually pretty fast service but the lobby was full and people there in excess of 2.5 hours.
