Devan was very friendly. Cars usually come with two sets of keys, I only got one. Devan said he’d ask the previous owner about a second set. My experience here was great, this is the second time I purchase a vehicle from them. Look for Chad he was our sales professional for the second time, and is great at his job. I brought my car into be fixed as a recommendation from my insurance company after a minor collision. After doing the estimate they gave me the impression that my insurance would cover all of the repairs w my insurance company after a minor collision. After doing the estimate they gave me the impression that my insurance would cover all of the repairs which it did not and none of this was communicated to me prior to or during the scheduled repairs. They told me after making an appointment on Monday that they would have it done by the end of the week after I waited about 30 minutes for someone to show up in the office to help me drop off the car. While the car was being fixed i left messages 3 or 4 times with no return calls regarding the status of my vehicle which was kept 3 times longer than they said it would. When I was finally called to inform me I could pick the car up, I received my keys, unlocked the car only to discover that one of the staff spilled what looked like coffee all over the drivers seat. The mechanic was unapologetic and informed me they would have to keep the car at least another day to get the stain out. I was never notified once they finished and had to keep calling in order to find out when they were done with it, which was a few more days. When I picked up the car for the second time, they lost my paperwork but I was able to take the car back after waiting around again for someone to help locate my keys. This was about the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. If this is the Wilson experience then I will choose a different experience if I ever need body work done again. Super dissatisfied. More
