I brought my car into be fixed as a recommendation from my insurance company after a minor collision. After doing the estimate they gave me the impression that my insurance would cover all of the repairs w my insurance company after a minor collision. After doing the estimate they gave me the impression that my insurance would cover all of the repairs which it did not and none of this was communicated to me prior to or during the scheduled repairs. They told me after making an appointment on Monday that they would have it done by the end of the week after I waited about 30 minutes for someone to show up in the office to help me drop off the car. While the car was being fixed i left messages 3 or 4 times with no return calls regarding the status of my vehicle which was kept 3 times longer than they said it would. When I was finally called to inform me I could pick the car up, I received my keys, unlocked the car only to discover that one of the staff spilled what looked like coffee all over the drivers seat. The mechanic was unapologetic and informed me they would have to keep the car at least another day to get the stain out. I was never notified once they finished and had to keep calling in order to find out when they were done with it, which was a few more days. When I picked up the car for the second time, they lost my paperwork but I was able to take the car back after waiting around again for someone to help locate my keys. This was about the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. If this is the Wilson experience then I will choose a different experience if I ever need body work done again. Super dissatisfied. More
Aside from a maintenance check I was to have an issue with my front left bumper and under carriage fixed. The parts were ordered and the time for the repair was dependent on their arrival. When they did with my front left bumper and under carriage fixed. The parts were ordered and the time for the repair was dependent on their arrival. When they did arrive the appointment was set up. Initially just the maintenance check was done. This took about 1 1/2 hrs. When someone came to go other the maintenance check with me they had not done the repair and no indication that the main reason for my coming in was for the repair. They did find the repair parts and that took an additional hour to complete. There does seem to be a disconnect with the repair people and reception/administration. Ruth G Larson More
Greeted by a friendly and courteous service person. Waited in waiting area was a pleasant experience. Length of wait was less than expected. Great experience. Waited in waiting area was a pleasant experience. Length of wait was less than expected. Great experience. More
I’m gonna have to be honest, sorry. First off, EVERYONE was sweet to me, the work was done well (I think), and promptly performed and I was kept up to date. BUT, the elephant in r First off, EVERYONE was sweet to me, the work was done well (I think), and promptly performed and I was kept up to date. BUT, the elephant in room is that this is the second time I’ve had loose lug nuts after a tire rotation and this time it cost me $487. The money isn’t that important to me, the part that bothers me is I feel like I have to take my truck home and tighten the lug nuts after every service appointment. Please take this as a hostile review. I’m not pissed, just disappointed. I used to be a surgeon and I am very experienced with human failures and imperfect outcomes. It’s the Real World. I think this is just a great opportunity for honest QA and improvement. Mark Taylor More
