Had tires put on my truck. Had them quoted at 300 dollars a tire and I asked about the buy 3 get the 4th for a dollar sale and was told that tire was part of the sale. I specifically told them I wanted hankook dynapro at2 tires 10 ply. I scheduled the truck since they had to order the tires in. We dropped the truck off and I get a call saying that the tires they had order were hp2 and were not 10 ply tires and I was quoted incorrectly. My original quote of 900 dollars turned into 1600 because the tires I wanted were not in the sale supposedly. I was extremely disappointed, but I’m glad I was told they ordered the wrong tire. I spoke with Dan the service manager about the issue and the big price gap. He told me that his team doesn’t know the difference between regular tires and 10ply tires. Dan didn’t want to honor the sale either saying that those tires aren’t sold by Toyota, even though he was able to get the at2s the same day. I found the coupon on the website and printed it off. The coupon didn’t say anything about exclusions on tires. He finally honored the sale after this. More
