Always courteous, prompt & do a good job. Just leave my car mats alone. The last 2 times they have removed the driver's rubber floor mat and thrown it in the trunk because they say it isn't Just leave my car mats alone. Just tell me and let me decide if I want to remove one. I've been using double mats for at least 45-50 years without incident. The extra mat keeps my feet warmer in the winter. More

I really like Wilson Toyota, Danny, Shauna, and the whole family, which is why it’s hard for me to suggest any improvements. I came in for a scheduled oil change last week, but wasn’t told that the wait was 3-4 hours. I overheard other customers sitting in the wait area saying they had been told. If I’d have known in advance, I would’ve made arrangements for a ride to go do something else with that time. I got out in 2 hours only because I spoke up about having a commitment I couldn’t miss, and the service manager (a very calm lady) moved heaven and earth in the mechanic area to make sure I could leave when I needed. I understand there are mechanic staffing issues. I’m only suggesting that customers be told up front about the wait time, so there’s no surprise. More
The people that have been there a long time are great, new people need more training. What’s appropriate time to leave people on hold (15min is too long).
