We have been a customer for many years but customer service for service dept. has continued to decline and prices seem to be very high. When I expressed my concern that it wasn't on the books, he said not to blame him, he didn't do it but in the end, they were accommodating and got it in very quickly. However, when we got it home that night, found a part/tray in our back seat. Had to make another trip to the dealer the next day to find out where it belonged. It was a tray that sits over the battery. Was very helpful when I brought it back out but should never have happened. Glad it wasn't a more important part that got left out. More

Have traded here several times. Had to wait ten months for truck to come in but don't blame that on the dealership. Felt the trade was good and fair even after ten months. Came in for our regular Maintance on our Toyota. Our car plate bolts had broken off. We asked if there was a way to get it the bolts out. They said they would look at it. After a while they told us the car was ready Went to pay the bill for an oil change and we had been also charged over $150 to reattach the plate to the car. There was no communication or an estimate or anything about the plate. Our bill came to around $300. More
