This dealership sold us our vehicle with a two year free maintenance plan. At no time during the purchase process, or the time since, did Wilson Toyota EVER say this service plan was limited to five servic maintenance plan. At no time during the purchase process, or the time since, did Wilson Toyota EVER say this service plan was limited to five service visits! If this was the case, it should have been shared with the potential buyer prior to purchase!!! Likewise, new owners should be told “this is free maintenance visit #1, leaving 4 more complimentary visits”. It should NEVER be a surprise to the customer AFTER the service has been done!! NEVER!! If I had known I was going to have to pay for my latest service visit, I would have brought the service coupon I received in the mail. This is unacceptable customer service and poor representation of what is included with your new vehicle purchase. I will not be returning to Wilson Toyota, nor will my husband who was in the market for a new vehicle. This dealership has lost our trust and respect. More
