Best Service I've Ever Had Wow! Usually when looking for a car I dread the idea of working with dealers based on past experience with other businesses. I had narrowed it down to Wow! Usually when looking for a car I dread the idea of working with dealers based on past experience with other businesses. I had narrowed it down to wanting a Prius because my friends rave about them and I wanted a car that was reliable, and after an unfortunate collision with a deer that totalled my last car, that I would be safe in. Right off the bat, Brad is really nice and welcoming and listens to what you want in a car. He's very honest about comparing vehicles in your price range. He also showed us all the features on the car while testing it out, but he did it in a manner that shows he's really interested in the cars and showing people all the features of the cars they are trying out to get a feel for all the situations when we will likely be driving as opposed to trying to sell you hard on the car. I loved the car so it was an easy decision for me, but based on my interaction with him, I get the feeling he is very interested in getting people in the right car for them. My mom was with me, and she decided she wanted a car too. My mom described a handful of things she liked, as far as features, interiors, etc. and he literally picked the perfect car for her right off the bat. It was so perfect, that when I sat down in the back seat for her test drive after returning my rental, I said "wow, this would be the car for you." Another great thing, after the sale is made he makes sure to check in with you and tell you where everything is at on getting through the back office to get you on the road in your car. There were just a couple of people in front of us to do the financial side of the deal, and he chatted with us and told us more features about the cars while we waited. Cannot recommend him enough. The next time I need a vehicle I will be back. More

Wilson Toyota has handled all service for our Venza, and we have been highly satisfied with their customer service. Our positive experience brought us back to Wilson Toyota for our most recent purchase of a 2018 Highlander Hybrid. We spent a considerable amount of time with our sales rep, Jacob Harmelink, exploring vehicle features of both the RAV4 and the Highlander before settling on the Highlander Hybrid. Because Wilson Toyota didn't have a vehicle on the lot that had the specific features we preferred, Jacob arranged to get our vehicle from another dealer. In the end, we got the vehicle we wanted. Finalizing the purchase went very smoothly. Thus, we've had another positive purchase experience with Wilson Toyota. More

Terrible customer service I had my car dropped of by my father on Thursday. I attempted to call ahead and speak with a service advisor to make a point of contact. I didn’t receive a call Friday or Saturday. So Monday at noon I called to find out if they had looked at it. I was told it was fixed. Fixed ? What’s even wrong? So now I have a bill for just under $500.00. No one called me to tell me what was wrong. No one called me to get authorization to fix it. No one called to let me know it was done. I spoke with a service advisor who was no help, and just said he could remove the part and just charge for diagnosis. Very poor customer service. We only buy Toyota, and we are about to say goodbye to this Prius(she’s given me a strong 240k ) and purchase a RAV4. But I can assure you, we won’t be purchasing it at Wilson. More
