The man in the Collision Department saw the issue with the car I was purchasing and told me what they would do to make it right. Jacob was great to work with. I felt he was very fair, helpful and considerate. He returned calls in the timeframe he said he would. The whole transaction went smoothly and I left feeling like I got a fair deal without any hassle. The other salesmen were very friendly as well, even though they weren't working with us on a sale.
