Went very well It was a little rocky at the start the car I had initially came for that was supposed to be there had been loaned out.. He was very intelligent on what the steps that we needed to do and explain them thoroughly to me. The Good times continue Having dealt with Ames Toyota back in the day when they were Ames Datsun, we have continued our relationship through 3 pickup trucks and numerous pers Having dealt with Ames Toyota back in the day when they were Ames Datsun, we have continued our relationship through 3 pickup trucks and numerous personal automobiles, vans and SUV's. The service and attention to detail only gets better. We have retired 2 sale personnel and been passed on to new younger salesman with the same consideration as the originals. Our longest relationship is with Dan in the service department who made a trip to the showroom to greet us and renew old friendships. We trust Dan's work and judgement without question. In downsizing from a Tundra full size pickup to a more manageable Tuscon, we were very pleased with the attention and deal that Jacob struck up on our behalf. The truck is just what we were looking for and was presented so clean and polished it is hard to drive it on the street considering the winter ice and snow melt that will cover it. But we will and are very happy with the entire operation from negotiations to final delivery. We will continue to be Wilson Toyota customers for years to come. More

I already knew it would take a while to get all the paperwork straightened out, etcetera but I was surprised at how many people actually had to get involved. Ryan was more than willing to go out of his way to get everything I wanted. He said he'd only been there for five months so I was very impressed with that. More

I live 180 miles away and discovered the vehicle one night while searching the internet. I called the dealership the very next day to confirm it's availability and talked to Ryan Smalley. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. We even agreed on a price over the phone. Two days later I drove out to Ames ( a three hour plus drive for me) and picked up the car. The whole transaction took less than 30 minutes I think. Now that's how to buy a car! No games, no fuss, no back and fourth, just business done on a friendly and professional level. I've bought several cars over the years from various dealers, but have never had a shorter, smoother, and better time of it as I did here at Wilson Toyota. I'm happy!! More
