After just missing out on a used highlander at a different Toyota dealership, I called Wilson Toyota about a used highlander I was interested in about an hour before they were set to close for the day. They pulled the vehicle inside so that it was available for me to look at as soon as I got to the dealership. Jacob and Amie stayed after business hours to allow me time to look at the vehicle, answer my questions and get me going on the financing process. Overall, I am appreciative of both of them for their friendly customer service and time they committed to helping me purchase my vehicle!! More

We only had one issue...a misunderstanding about the trade-in values and monies...but other than that, we were treated with honor and respect. Though we’d have liked to have gotten a lot more money for our trade, we beleive that the dealership was very fair and in fact, they were right in line with the value as listed on KBB.com. Aimee in finance was knowledgeable and informative and Brady online was absolutely fantastic about returning emails...that’s very, very important to doing biz in this day and time. Would definitely buy from Wilson again and will recommend them to others. In fact, I went to Wilson because another Des Moines area Toyota dealership acted as if they couldn’t care less whether I bought from them or not.
