Not only did they have the exact automobile I was looking for, they were courteous and polite every step of the way. I never feel like their staff try to "upsell" me on a bigger or newer car. Their service is also fantastic. They have great staff that take the time to talk with you about your vehicle before and after services have been completed. Jacob Harmelink was instrumental in finding the Prius Prime in the exact color with all of the specifications we needed. At the time of delivery Jacob Harmelink was 9n top of our needs. ATwo month's into owning my beautiful Prius Prime, i am filling my gas tank every 3.5 weeks. I get amazing mileage...138 mpg. After just missing out on a used highlander at a different Toyota dealership, I called Wilson Toyota about a used highlander I was interested in about an hour before they were set to close for the day. They pulled the vehicle inside so that it was available for me to look at as soon as I got to the dealership. Jacob and Amie stayed after business hours to allow me time to look at the vehicle, answer my questions and get me going on the financing process. Overall, I am appreciative of both of them for their friendly customer service and time they committed to helping me purchase my vehicle!! More
