We were previous customers, having purchased a new RAV4 6 years ago We made an unplanned purchase at Wilson Toyota after my husband's car was totaled. We were previous customers, having purchased a new RAV4 6 years ago. After looking around the area, we knew that we would eventually make our purchase with Wilson due to their selection and outstanding customer service. Since our previous salesperson now works in a different department, I called the sales line and talked with Ryan P. I emailed with questions about vehicles on their lot, and he was quick to respond. He worked quickly to have a car cleaned up that had been newly traded in. When we arrived, he met us at the door and answered all our questions. We soon decided to purchase the car, and were very happy to purchase it right in our price range. After the car was fully detailed, Ryan met us at the door again when we picked it up. We worked with Becky on financing, and that process couldn't have been easier. While we were working on signing papers, Ryan was nice enough to put a set of all weather mats in the car that he had on hand, since the car had no mats. We will certainly be customers for life, and look forward to our next vehicle purchase with Wilson! More

Appreciate the extra effort We recently purchased a "no hassle" used Highlander from Wilson. Our sales person JaCob was super friendly and went above and beyond in his willingnes We recently purchased a "no hassle" used Highlander from Wilson. Our sales person JaCob was super friendly and went above and beyond in his willingness to serve us. The "no hassle" distinction meant that we purchased the vehicle "as is." However one week after purchasing the vehicle, the engine oil cap came off due to not being properly tightened. I contacted Jacob, and in an effort to correct the situation, he gave me a "3000 mile/3 month" power train warranty at no charge, in order to insure that no problems had incurred due to the oil cap problem. I appreciate Jacob's customer service, and would recommend him without question. More
