The shuttle service is fantastic, and the driver, Doug, was very nice. He went above and beyond the call of duty when I missed the calls to let me know my car was ready, thank you! Fantastic Service After owning a Jeep Wrangler for just over a year, I wanted something more efficient. I initially talked with a salesman via email for a few days. Ha After owning a Jeep Wrangler for just over a year, I wanted something more efficient. I initially talked with a salesman via email for a few days. Had a good idea what I wanted but wasn't completely sure. Essentially, I tested three vehicles and decided on a 2020 Corolla Hybrid, I love the car, great features. My salesman, Jacob was great to work with. He was patient and took a lot of time with me, discussing options on the different cars. I left without the car, needing more time to evaluate my options and trade. Of course he wanted the sale that night but was very understanding about needing time. Needless to say, he reached out to me via email the next day and I let him know that I wanted to make the trade and asked about the credit application. After emailing it to me, it only took a few minutes to submit the application and I scheduled to pick up the car that evening. They had almost all my paperwork ready to go when I arrived and it didn't take long to get out thr door and back home. I would say this was the best car buying experience I ever had. More

Great recovery To start, my appointment was scheduled for 9:40 a.m. I arrived at 9:35ish, pulled up to the service door. The gentleman met me and asked if he could help me. I said yes, I'm here for a 9:40 service appointment. He said it would be at least an hour and a half., so I said but I have an appointment at 9:40, and he pointed to a row of cars, and said so do they. So I said that's bull___t, I dont have an hour and a half. I drove 50+ miles one way, and i have to be at work this afternoon, so I'll go somewhere else, and i left. I was pretty p.o'ed, and called back to Express my frustration to someone else, and the person i talked to said she'd have someone call me back. Before I got out of town, I was called back by a dark haired woman, who said if I come back, they would get me in right away, so that's what I did, and everything turned out fine. I would like to apologize for getting angry at the service person I talked too. I would just ask that you see my point, in that I drive a good distance to have Wilson service my vehicle, and that I'm not blessed with an abundance of extra time, unless I take a whole day of vacation, and that seems a bit extreme just for an oil change. More
