Chelsea was very helpful and provided helpful information about the estimated length of time it would take for the service to be completed and updates about the shuttle ride. The shuttle service is fantastic, and the driver, Doug, was very nice. He went above and beyond the call of duty when I missed the calls to let me know my car was ready, thank you! The front desk team member is great as well which makes getting an oil change task completed a pleasant experience - thanks much! More
