Was in for a 5000 mile tire rotation. Only took 20 min. I was surprised no complimentary car wash that would have been a nice touch. More

Hi Patricia, we would like to apologize for your recent negative experience with one of our salespeople. We are typically known for providing unrivaled customer service, but in this instance it seems we fell well short. If you’d call/email us at your earliest convenience, we’d love to talk through this situation and see what can be done to make things right. Looking forward to hearing from you, hope this finds you well. CJ Mayou, Satisfaction Manager cjm@wilsonofames.com | 515-598-2028

Hi Jason, after doing a bit of research with our service department and speaking with Dan [mgr], your Tacoma was here in April for some campaign work. You had mentioned a bit of damage on the seat, can you email us a picture of that? The notes on your account show that you were going to bring it in so we could look at it in person, but we don’t have an updated note after that. We would love a chance to make it right. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience as it provides us an opportunity to improve. Hope this finds you healthy & happy. I’ll be looking for that picture, thanks Jason. After responding to the above phone number and providing pictures to the "satisfaction manager" I again never received a call text or any response from the dealership. Just goes to show you the response was a PR stunt and they still dont care about there customers. After they failed to respond i opened a BBB complaint, after going back and fourth for a day and only 1 reply, the dealership then closed the complaint. What a joke!!! Now im going out of my way to advise everyone i know to steer clear of this dealership!!! Hope this helps other in their decision to avoid this dealership!

Jason, I never received any pictures from you regarding this issue, or a voicemail. The phone number posted is for my office landline so I am sorry if you texted the pictures to that number [I have changed it to say office as that was my mistake not clarifying], and checking through my email I don't see anything from you. We care deeply for our customers, always have and always will. I'm not sure who is in charge of the closing of the complaint, and if it was closed by mistake all I can do is apologize. I'm not sure if it is even done here at the store or if that's a regional/corporate dealing. If there is a way that we can make this right, please email me directly & I will provide you my cell phone number so you can send me the pictures. If I can work towards a resolution, I'd gladly do that for you; if not, I wish you nothing but health and happiness. CJ Mayou, Satisfaction Manager cjm@wilsonofames.com | 515-598-2028 [office]

Just thought I should do a follow up response to the above review, after contacting the "Satisfaction Manager" multiple times and leaving 3 voicemails and sending pictures of the damage I still did not get a response from CJ. thus confirming my suspicions of the above reply's as a publicity stunt. as of today September 30th 2020 no reply of any kind from Wilson Toyota. I highly recommend you DO NOT DO BUISSNESS with this dealership!!!!! They do not stand by their own words or their promises unfortunately.

Jason, I received your pictures via email but can't find any voicemail messages from you, I apologize if that's my mistake. I was informed that a conversation that you had with our service manager and our general sales manager happened months before you left this review, and Dan & Josh offered to repair the seat. All we asked is that you bring us the truck, and give our upholstery team an opportunity to fix the issue. A loaner vehicle is available if you need to run errands, etc. We would be more than willing to fix the seat as the damage you're referring to is minor and easily repairable. We apologize if that damage happened while it was in our care, and would be happy to make it right with you. Since you're less than 25 minutes away, we could have this done for you anytime our upholstery team is on site. If you'd like us to follow through with our offer and repair the seat, we'd be happy to do it. I hope this finds you well, have a great afternoon. -CJ Mayou, Satisfaction Manager

Thanks for the reply even if its been 2 months since our last communication. I don't like the fact that in order to get a reply from you I have to continue to leave reviews publicly regarding my issues with your service department. This could have been settled months ago!!! However after speaking with your service manager Dan back in April regarding the same resolution he claimed he him self had to inspect the damage and would contact me regarding whether or not the damage would be repaired. I also never spoke to Josh. This is concerning regarding Dan's comments to me back in April regarding this issue and his lack of customer service. please understand my concerns with being treated fairly and with respect, I don't like being labeled a liar!!!! If I have a guarantee the damage will be repaired at no cost I will return to your dealership for the repairs however the seat is too damaged to repair and multiple upholstery shops in the metro have also confirmed this, the cost associated with this damage is $400+ to replace the lower seat upholstery. I do not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in your care due to the damage that took place in less then an hour while in the care of your service department. please contact me via my cell phone number you have on file so we can both put this issue behind us. Just to clarify I am 31 miles from your dealership, that's a 41 minute drive one way for me. Thanks, hope to hear from you before the end of the year!! Best regards
