I was ignored when asking for information on purchasing a new highlander. He quoted me a low end model which I didn’t like and when I further explained what I was looking for .. no reply. Not impressed, the staff was okay however the service manager was not very helpful friendly or professional. Waited for few minutes by an empty front desk. Eventually I needed to walk into an office and asked for a salesman to help me with some questions. "I can't give you estimate if you don't tell me competition offer". Why the attempt to deny me the power of the bidding process? That was silly at best. More
My last visit will probably be my last. It was terrible. To begin with appt. was for 8am. I called the day before to make sure my car would be picked up at Bills in Ames. They said yes fine. They got my car about 2pm if I remember right and they brought it back at 3:30 p.m. After several phone calls to service that is. First they said they didn't know they were to pick it up at Bills. Then they told me that the times are estimated times. Pretty stupid estimating as far as I am concerned. More
