I left a phone message on Tron Smith’s phone more than a week ago; Tron worked wonders, made my difficult purchase happen, and had told me that I could call him anytime, and he would get back to me. Some of my issues/questions have resolved; some not. I LOVE my new mobility Sienna. I do not love being ignored once purchase is completed. We’ve been loyal Wilson Toyota buyers and recommenders for at least 2 decades. This is not the response I expected, or am happy with. It might be “little stuff”, but it matters to me, and Wilson and Tron said that then it would matter to them, too. So far on this purchase, not so. So no survey taking yet. Pat Hentzel p.s.
