Due to the corona virus,, I missed the April tire sale. I talked to the service manager,¹ Dan & he quoted me a discounted price on new 4 new tires. He said the price covered everthing. I purchased the n I talked to the service manager,¹ Dan & he quoted me a discounted price on new 4 new tires. He said the price covered everthing. I purchased the new tires for my car. I misunderstood what the quote was going to cover & was shocked when I was presented with the final bill. I expressed my concern & they called the service manager, Dan, on his day off. Dan explained why the bill was more than the quote & made an adjustment on the invoice. This helped. As I drove home with the newly installed tires, I noticed that car pulled to the right. I called & talked to Dan & he made arrangements for me to bring the car back in & have them double check the alignment. After a second adjustment, I was presented an invoice for the adjustment. I was upset & explained that I had just had new tires installed & this should be covered by the first invoice. The staff notified Dan & he agreed & zeroed out the invoice. On the drive home, it was evident that car was still pulling to the right. I called again, explained the problem to Dan. He made arrangements for me to bring it in a third time. I asked Dan if he could drive it before they serviced it. After driving it, he agreed that it was pulling to the right & drove it right into the shop & asked them to correct the problem. Dan drove it after it was serviced to make sure it was fixed properly. Dan apologized that the alignment was not done properly the first time. He did not bill me for the service to correct the problem. Dan went the extra mile to keep me happy; He took time to listen to my concerns & took action to correct the issues. In the process he saved a customer. Thank you Dan! More
We Scheduled a routine maintenance appointment, LOF and rotation. When we have arrived, the service department let us know there was a recall related to the vehicle that would take approximately two hours rotation. When we have arrived, the service department let us know there was a recall related to the vehicle that would take approximately two hours to address. Given our schedule for the day we could not have that addressed at the time of the original appointment. Given we live approximately 45 minutes away from the dealership, this means a second trip for this to be addressed. Would have muchThe service department to let us know in advance about the recall and we could have scheduled appropriately to have this handled in one trip. Very disappointing. More
