I specifically told them not to fill the wiper fluid as I was going to do it myself with my preferred brand. They forgot to do this. Not a big deal, but I specifically asked for this. I wouldn't have thought to do that, so I really appreciate him mentioning that. The only thing was that they didn't have a loaner and I was without transportation for five days. But two of those were over the weekend. But all in all, a great service experience, considering I was stranded on the interstate and had to be towed to the dealership for service. More
I purchased a vehicle from you this past Saturday… overall the salesman and finance guy were pleasant but I would like to address a few concerns with you. I realize that I purchased a vehicle that ha overall the salesman and finance guy were pleasant but I would like to address a few concerns with you. I realize that I purchased a vehicle that had no warranty. It was a 2015 jeep renegade. The test drive seem to go smooth but when I got home I realized that the oil needed changed so I took it to the local dealership here and got that completed, they then proceeded to tell me that it needs new front brakes and rotors it needs new spark plugs. It also needs the serpentine belt replaced which is roughly another cost of $1100 that will be coming out of my pocket. I don’t know if you do this with all of your customers When they spend $10,000 on a used vehicle I feel that you should disclose that some of these issues were wrong with this vehicle so I am not very happy with this situation. Maybe you should work on some kind of disclosure so future customers won’t be scammed like I was . More
