I was pleased with my buying experience. Jackson was very accommodating throughout the entire process. So no issues there. While I realize I purchased a car that was As Is, I’ve been pretty bummed with i accommodating throughout the entire process. So no issues there. While I realize I purchased a car that was As Is, I’ve been pretty bummed with its performance since taking delivery last week. The day after I got it, it wouldn’t start so I had to have it towed for service. Found out the battery was completely shot so $200 later they got it up and going. I drove it about 40 miles and the check engine light came on. Not sure what is wrong with it as I have not had time to get it in for repair. Again, the car was AsIs so the burden is on me. I Just can’t help but think that the battery issue was not already a problem that the dealership was dealing with while it sat on the lot. I was aware that there was a check engine light issue going on with the car when the dealership traded for it. But was advised that the issue has been fixed. So I’m thinking that perhaps what they did to fix it did not actually fix the issue. It is what it is. I’ll probably unload the car once I get the title but next time I’ll be more diligent in my vetting process. More

I live in Des Moines and my first thought that was a I live in Des Moines and my first thought that was a long drive to get my oil changed until I tried to get in at a local place on the west side. While waiting for my oil change there are interesting places to go such as the local BBQ, Mucky Duck or downtown Ames most within walking distance or you can take the dealership shuttle. It is well worth driving up to get my car serviced for the ease and considerate employees. More
