I have to admit that I was reluctant to go to Wilson's again--we had not had the best experience in the past. However, from the minute Chad greeted us we knew this time would be different. There was no pressure and he seemed to really care about what we wanted. He was kind and patient as I asked my many questions. When the car we wanted was not there, he promised to find us one and he did! His gracious service did not stop with our purchase--once the car was delivered he spent over an hour of his busy time going over every detail of the car to make sure we were comfortable with all its features. He even shared several tips and tricks to help us take advantage of the great functionality of our new car. We are so happy with our new baby--Thank You!!!!!! More
